Competence, Testing and Compliance (CTC) is aimed at organisations/consultants/integrators who want to disseminate sensitive, time critical information to disparate staff or users and to check for understanding via on-line testing. CTC will ensure that organisations fulfil their corporate governance requirements.

By way of illustration - suppose the EU introduces a new policy that decreases the safe maximum manual handling limit. Mega-Market Stores Ltd employs 2,500 shop floor and ancillary staff who are affected by this change. Using CTC they can disseminate the information from a central location, set a test, record who has read the policy, who has taken the test and who passed or failed, thereby protecting both themselves and their employees.

Because the system is designed to be used without IT involvement the example given above could be created and distributed in less than two hours.
